I can't say that I ever managed to figure out the new web site. I'm really glad to see the original site back. This county site was pretty active at one time, I'm really hoping it gets back to where it was a couple of years ago. Particularly for those of us out of state, this site is a valuable resource.

@ Doug Miller do your home work and talk to people befor you sign it seems low to me matbe not the marcellus shale but it must be worth it or they would not want it. hope some one on this site can help you
I have a lease with Chesapeake for the Marcellus shale. I was contacted by Kriebel Resourses about leasing the land above the Marcellus since we reserved it in the lease. The offer is $20 per acre per year and a 1/8 royalty. The term is 5 years. Does anyone have any ideas about this? Has anyone else leased with Kriebel?
