Comment by Stephen Fox on April 1, 2011 at 2:42pm My sister and I have property with lease on it with Chevroyn, located on Little Shannon Run Road. It looks like that is south of your property. Make sure you have oil and gas mineral rights. We live out of the area but have good cousel in Cannonsburg PA. Her name is Melissa Robb, phone number is 724-745-5121, she did a wonderful job for us.

Comment by Jan Ditzian on March 30, 2011 at 2:26pm It looks like there is a Marcellus well just starting up less than a mile from my property. Is there a way for me to determine whether they are already tapping any gas under my property, and whether I should do something about making a claim?
I live on Haines Ridge Road in Perry Township (Mt. Morris post office), and I have mineral rights to 83 acres.
