Youngstown anti-fracing amendment headed for defeat!!

http://www.vindy.com/news/2013/may/07/election-update-mcnally-winning-mayoral-/Amen! I was worried that the anti-capitalistic, anti-fracing zealots would gain traction in Ohio. Thankfully, it seems that the early indication is that Youngstown will defeat the amendment. Thanks to Ron Eieselstein, Mark McGrail and others for spreading the word and defeating this measure. I can sleep better tonight…See More

Oh,  Forgot to tell you, ran the numbers by Andy and he does not see a problem with those figures, very good news!  But cross your fingers, deal not yet done until it is inked.  Disclosure, conversation is not an agreement, "I guess I have to say this, or maybe I am not suppose to say anything at all :')."

Hi David,

I believe all bankruptcy transactions will be with the US Bankruptcy Trustee, Atty. Andrew Suhar.  Both Andy's office and the Bankruptcy court is in downtown Youngstown.  My suggestion is that you open an account with the strongest bank here, Farmers Bank out of Canfield.  As of Friday, I am waiting word from Suhar, but we need to get all the paperwork inorder first from Alden, infact I have not had time to give Alden your check yet but don't worry, he knows of it and we are retained.  Call me if you decide with Farmer's , I will introduce you to the main people there.

Ciao
