Rod, your property is held by production of the well owned and drilled by Red Hill.

I have a burning question, i just can't seem to get any sort of answer. If anyone can help or direct me in a direction, PLEASE HELP. We have 130 acres that was leased to Red Hill Development back in 1981. I have a copy of the lease and there is no mention of depths, or formations. Along with that is also no mention of a ending date. To complicate the issue even further is all parties that had anything to do with the lease are deceased, including the past 2 lawyers that were used. Now the real question, about 15 years the original 130 acres was divided between the children. (that part is no problem we all are together on looking to sign collectively.) A shallow well was drilled to the Clinton Formation by Red Hill years ago and still produces. (very little) When I went to the courthouse and did the research and deed reviews for all of the pieces, only 1 deed showed any restrictions, with the other 6 clean of any restrictions. When I asked at the recorders office they only said they can only go on what is recorded. I am still trying to find out what that means. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Rod
