yeah its the hall farm they called me about a month ago said they were permitting it around the first of the year .
Gary Hall-The German Twp. farm you discussed, is that your farm? I was told by CHK about a year ago that the Hall pad would include my property in the unit. My farm is on Center Unity Rd.

Jerry, the units are not always rectangles, sometimes they snake around parcels that they don't have the lease on. Such as the CHK Shaw well: http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/mineral/oil/MRMImages/17/1/221125.pdf
Thanks Philip. If that is the case would a 640 acre pooled unit be the shape of a rectangle pointing in the direction of the laterals?
Jerry, the laterals are commonly drilled in that direction because that is the way that the shale naturally fractures.
Can anyone explain why all the ODNR map lateral bores point to the North West or South East ?
German twp farm supposed to be permitted after first of year .Rig supposed to be there 2nd quarter of 2014. According to a call from Oklakoma City anyway some survey sticks already in place
