THis was taken from Access Midstream...good news for Harrison I assume county
What people don't know yet is Harrison. Harrison in the heart of Utica is
going to be a Conway/Bellevue equivalent. The Utica dry
gas window is such a robust opportunity, such an exciting deal. We're building
world-class facilities there. And with huge momentum, our partner, somebody that
Bob and I all have good relationship with, Frank Tsuru, to actually execute on
the construction, but we're the largest owner, okay? We're 49% interest owner in
that facility, and we're building out $800 million a day of gas processing,
135,000 barrels a day of fractionation. It's a very exciting opportunity, and
it's going to be in the heart of Ohio
ODNR finally released the 2012 production numbers for Utica wells. If you haven't seen it yet it's at http://oilandgas.ohiodnr.gov/production. Open the spreadsheet and all the producers and wells are listed. One well stands out for its oil production, Gulfport's Boy Scout 1H, Harrison County, Nottingham Twp which produced 1163 bbls/day for its 32 day production period. Most Utica wells are producing about 100 bbls/day and Chesapeake's Buell well only makes 28 bbls/day. Quite a few wells only have a few days production that may not be representative of their potential.
Ill be interested to see how the other Hess wells do in the Central-Eastern side of Harrison County. SW Harrison looks to be the spot to be right now, but that's where most of the producing wells are too, minus Buell and Henderson.
Thanks BB for the info. I was told CHK is drilling a well acroos from this site just wondering when? Maybe they are waiting on the seismic to be shot?
Will the ODNR ever release the 2012 production reports? See the link....

Here's a well written article about the value of leased acreage. Nothing here about Harrison Co. I only offer it for educational purposes. See the link...

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
