Dan, do you have a pipeline map of Guernsey and Belmont?

Here is a low res Google Earth map of gas and oil pipelines from 1989. You will need Google Earth installed on your computer to view the map. You can adjust the opacity in the proprieties. If anyone can find a higher res, more up to date map please post it and will make a Google Earth map layer of it.

Oil and Gas Pipelines 1989

I mapped out part of the Rockies Express Gas Pipeline.  It was just completed in 2009 and you can see it being built in this Google map.  It was designed to bring gas from the Colorado to Monroe Co OH.  How times have changed!

I posted this on the Ohio page yesterday, but if you didn't see it there, it's worth the read. Propane can make up 40-50% of NGLs and the price of propane will affect your royalties. See the link...

For tose interested, I noticed the Clay 1-4H had it's permit approved 8-16-2012. It is located west of Piedmont Lake in Freeport Twp. The drilling unit is 242.5 acres, and the well number is 34067210780100. The operator is Gulfport. The rig drilling at the BK Stephens well in Moorefield will most likely go there next. I think there is a permit for their next well to the west of Freeport.

Sue:

You are absoluetly correct which is why we need to hitch ourselves to good attorneys in times of need.  The term "unreasonable withheld" with regards to descruction of property will certainly be litagated many times in the future.
