Merrill Lynch, U.S. Trust, Bank of America comprises one of the largest corporate fiduciaries of oil and gas assets in the country with over 100,000 properties under management. Lease negotiations, operating agreements and ongoing monitoring are just some of the services we provide to maximize the value of your oil and gas assets. If your holdings exceed 500 acres we should at least speak about your situation.

The US exported petroleum products last year! See the details here:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/12/31/united-states-gas-export_n...
We will see increased interest and remuneration for our hydrocarbons in eastern Ohio when:
1. The US develops the infrastructure to produce LNG.
2. More vehicles are fueled by compressed natural gas.
3. The US starts using more natural gas to produce electricity. It will take at least 10 years to construct the power plants.
4. Additional pipelines are laid to get the natural gas to the user or processing plant.
All of this will take some time which is the reason that the oil and gas companies are not going gangbusters
drilling wells. Natural gas prices are at record lows for this decade. Oil and gas companies are going after the liquids: the natural gas is simply a plus at this point in time.

For some reason the link to the article won't work. Instead go to the Reuters Home Page, and the article is at the top of the page, titled "Energy giant hid behind shells in land grab"

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
