The 253 page O/G Lease Assignment between Hilcorp and Carlyle recorded on 5/29/15 looks like the same document recorded on 04/28/14.  A 20% undivided interest purchased by Carlyle from Hilcorp im Mercer County's leaseholds.  I will try to find out more info.  Might have just been a "corrected" recording.  The other thing that I hadn't seen previously was a (get this) $1,400,000,000.00 mortgage recorded on 07/28/14 between Carlyle and J.P. Morgan Chase secured by the O/G leases.  Man, that's some real money there.  Yes, that's Billion with a B.  Wow.

Looks like they're staring to assemble a big rig on the James pad. Lots of wide loads heading down Rt.62.

Back to the John L comment about CARLYLE ENERGY OPCO LLC  is anybody able to read it for us?  Thanks in advance.

We finally got a hold of one lady from hilcorp that said there was no production yet and that production was scheduled to begin late may. It's just confusing as to why there is production reported on dep website starting in february. Exactly around when they were flaring. She said we would see a check in 3 months from when production starts.

I see on the Recorder of Deeds website that Hilcorp has another recorded transaction with the Carlyle Energy Development group. 253 pages. More money being infused into Hilcorp or more ownership going to Carlyle?

Dexter- the small boring rig left the James pad and went over to Wengerds a few weeks back. They are drilling several(8+) bore holes for future wells at the Wengerd pad.

I'm curious what Hilcorp has told you. There's not much information on GMS about PA drilling unit notification. I've heard that it's not unusual not be notified until after production has begun. There's at least a 3 month delay in royalty checks which means you should be hearing something soon. Have you ever talked in person to anyone from Hilcorp?

Anyone know if Wengerd is tied into a pipeline? I see production numbers reported to PA dep website for Feb. And March but we are yet to see a royalty check. Calling Hilcorp gets all kinds of different answers and no helpful info. There has been tons of traffic back in and out of the well in the last 2 weeks.

was  told that Anderson would be after 2018 at least  and they being hilcorp will be drilling close to pipline for the time being. Chevron is letting hilcorp do their prospecting for them  drilling on hbp atlas leases

Bob- the McCullough wells were made "inactive" by Chevron a while back. I heard that they had trouble securing a ROW after the wells were drilled. My guess is that Hilcorp is focusing on their core areas. Those Eastern sites may be drilled someday but not in the near future. Supposedly that area is dry gas. Hilcorp is after the oil and high percentage liquids. The trend right now is to drill on existing pads as we have seen at the James and Wengerd sites. I expect that there will be new permits coming for the Zigo pad next.

The Chevron McCullough was drilled and fracked and flared. But I never seen where they ever run a gas line from it. Can anyone tell me if it's in production and knows anything about it?    Is Hilcorp ever going to get moving on the Anderson well?  Also seen couple Hilcorp permits were pulled couple months ago eastern Mercer county.

Several water trucks in and out of there today, we followed 6 of them that jumped onto interstate 79 today around 9:30 am.
