ESX14-085-0032 Delaware Croskey Well Pad ESX
ESX comes from the permit number for the ESCGP-2 (Erosion and sediment control general permit) That is the permit required for site construction for areas over 5 acres. The next two numbers are the year permitted - 14 = 2014. The next three numbers are the county code: 085 = Mercer. The last 4 numbers are a sequential number for the submitted permits in that particular county that year, so 0032 is the thirty-second permit application received for Mercer County in 2014. It will start back at 0001 in 2015.
