Drove by backwater rd in Shenango twp.
Gas line is in, buried and seeded.
They now have just recently place several loads of long black plastic pipe on either side of the road.
Also on bethal the new Wilmington rd
This pipe has no bell ends on it so it would have to be "welded" together.any ideas on what this pipe is for.

From news releases it appears the deal was signed in July and scheduled to close mid Sept. I just assumed the capital would be ready when they said they'd close.

I have no doubt the deal will go through. I have serious doubt that it will happen by mid September, but would be happy if it did.

REX must raise the money needed before the Swepi transaction will be finalized, and that will take some time. Likely several months.

Bob, do you mean the Mills well? It was not drilled...at least not REALLY drilled they just drilled a pilot hole with a small rig to hold the permit I heard. I was contacted last December about running a water line over our property to frack it but haven't heard another word since! Time will tell.

Nothing on the recorder site yet about the swepi to Rex deal. I'm sure you will see something pertaining to this Linda after paper work is completed. I thought I read some of the wells drilled will remain swepi. I could also be in wrong county though. Did that well ever get drilled Linda?
