The permits are for vertical wells.  Makes no sense to me, but an awful lot of what they did didn't make any sense.  lol

Hilcorp still leasing like crazy, especially in Coolspring and Worth.  I've sent messages to some of the folks I know to check on $ and % being offered also.

Rumor has it that they are now offering somewhere around $1500/acre, 15% 4 year terms. There's no competition out there so the days of big bonus 18% terms may be gone.

John, I have heard a couple of rumors but nothing concrete. They have circled the township with wells or permits so I would be hopeful for things to start this year.

Went past the Pennant Midstream pipeline today. They are laying pipe and boring under Rt. 208 between Pulaski (Rt 60) and the Cheese plant on Rt 18/208.
