I wish you the best of luck John, but be advised, I have reeaally learned to temper my enthusiasm after all that's happened to us....  Praying Hilcorp, Swepi or Chevron buys Halcon's acreage. Preferably Hilcorp; they seem to have the best reputation with landowners and also appear to be the most aggressive local E&P Co. at the moment.

JR- just opened the email also. Looks like it's on the Josh and Benna Click property. We're 1 mile north of that. I might have your luck and have a lateral go right by me. We own the O&G rights there but not the land. Time to talk with the neighbors over there.

Thanks...John

WTF- we heard by word of mouth from someone who has a relative on that road. We took a ride around on Sunday and went down Vath road. it actually dead ends at a farm about a mile down the road. Didn't see a whole lot of anything going on just yet. Did the Stiester Rd drive by to see what was gong on at the Montgomery site. They're starting to move a lot dirt on the Looney Lake side.

Thanks for the info....jl

John, I talked to the sect. of Worth Township today and he said the Township has received notice that a well will be drilled on Vath Road, Worth Township.

JohnL,

No I have not heard anything. It's been quiet around here lately.

Elnathan-

Have you heard anything about a Hilcorp well going in on Vath Rd off of Rt 173 which would either be Worth TWP or Sandy Lake TWP? That's getting close to some O&G rights we own in Sandy Lake TWP.

Good to know-thanks for the info.  It seems everyone around us in pymatuning twp wanted more time to research and told them no for now and they went on their way.

According to a pipeline attorney, Earth Acquisitions was sent in to get as many landowners to sign up for the pipeline as possible. The people who signed were given $10 and Hilcorp has. I believe, up to 3 yrs. to use the property. You may have a pipeline come through your property or you may not. Then when they finally figure out where the pads are going to be, another company who actually lays the pipeline will come a knockin. I think most of the people around these pads in Delaware have told them to talk to their lawyers. Also, you can assume that anything that comes out of the reps mouth is a lie. Phone your neighbors and stick together.

I don't know who else earth acquisitions was working for but they did the Pennant pipeline right a way. I imagine that is about done with.
