Thanks James: My cousins have property on 173 in Pine Twp. just a very short distance south of where I-80 crosses 173. Wolf Creek is just north of Pine Twp and I think Mc Dowell and Coulter properties are very close to my cousins. They were in CX Energy's Mount Jackson 4 and were part of group 2. (Group 2 was the acreage that Halcon rejected.) I am happy to see permitted wells so close to them because it increases the likelihood that someone will offer them a lease.
When was McDowell permit obtained by Hilcorp and can you tell me where McDowell property is located? I am trying to sort of map put who is doing what, and where. If it is not too much trouble, where is Coulter property located?
That Coulter property sure seems to be pushing the wet/dry gas line. Maybe a test well?
Don't know what it's for, but Halcon just purchased 13+ acre property in Perry Township off of Laver road. Oh, it just so happens that BOTH a Tennessee Gas and National Fuel pipeline run under it. It is also less than 1/2 mile away, across Rt 19 from the Colpetzer property that they got the 110 acre purchase option for. Infrastructure seems to be starting to come together all over the county.
Thanks Elnathan. Didn't notice I had it wrong.

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
