Archer- there's also a McCullough well in Jefferson TWP on Charleston Rd (Chevron). Jefferson McGhee is a Hilcorp well. I haven't had a chance to check that one out yet. Sounds like it's time to take a short drive around.

JohnL: the Jefferson well is the McGhee site.  There is a rig on it as of yesterday.  The McCullough well is in Delaware two and is under construction at this time.

Any updates on the Jefferson McCullough well? It will be interesting to see the flare on that well and see how it compares to the Palmer well.

To date I've seen the Allam, Hurtt, James, Pilgram and finally the Palmer well flares. I would say the Palmer was the largest and maybe also of the shortest duration. The more experienced the drillers get with our particular variety of shale, the better all the wells will be. Hoping anyway. :)

Neighbors estimated the flare on the Palmer well to be about 100' above the flare stack. Pretty impressive!

Just checked Kinder's press release site.  This article below seems like some pretty big news.  New NGL fractionator facilities in Texas to support Utica operations in PA, WV, OH

Great to see Chevron getting more active. They have been on the sidelines for some time. If they get a solid program under way, the whole area will explode. Shell, Hilcorp, and now Chevron.....all good.

Thanks for the update on Jackson Township. I was wondering because activity seemed sort of slow here.

Also many of the leases are old Atlas HBP wells and Chevron has been approaching these people to sign an addendum that would allow unitization. If the Chevron landmen can be believed......they say this will all take place within 2 years.

Relative of mine who owns property on Hosack Rd has been contacted by Chevron, and they're wanting to strike a deal to buy/lease some of his property to widen the road, so I'd say it's coming!!
