At mercer courthouse today.to check on info about the Stevenson wellsite in Salem. Twp. My brother and another neighbor was to be included in that drillsite. Brother and neighbor was reassigned to Swepi on 10,18,2012 but Stevenson not listed. What does that mean? So I asked about my shallow well that Vista has with me. Clerk told me that originaly Vista signed me with swepi than I was reassigned to Shell. Is there a difference between Shell and Swepi? Also across the road from me my daughters neighbors on both sides assigned to swepi but she was  not. She didn,t get her halcon lease till January 2013. Does anyone know if there is more swepi leases filed after 10-18-2012?

For what it is worth here is some info I found out when the SWEPI landman was here to tie up some loose ends with our Halcon lease. During our talk between he and I, that lasted about an hour or so, I couched questions about SWEPI and their activity in our area. When I asked him about SWEPI's speculation as to what we had under us here in Mercer county he implied wet gas...... lot's of it. He would not get more specific but he did say every time they had a co meeting, our little neck of the woods was "all we talk about". I would guess that time will tell but it was a very encouraging conversation

My son just brought back a bag of shell items from school, I guess shell must have been there today?

Gas heir, when was the shell presentation at the school?

Yeah, the temporary frack water line is nearly complete and the well site was lit up like a city this morning.  I concur.  The fracking will happen soon.

I just got scoop from a Shell engineer named Dr. Bob. The Palmer well will be gracked In the near future. The Shannon and Mills well are not on the schedule to be drilled this year, but if the Palmer well is a gusher this may change very quickly. Shell was doing a presentation at the Lakeview Middle School. He said our school was chosen from a list of 100's of schools that applied because of the Shell's activity in the area. I asked him if Shell had anything to do with the Halcon processing plant on rt 19 and he said he was not aware of this. He said they will putting their product into the Tennessee gas line because it has a big enough capacity to move it. I tried to nail him down on what he thought was under Mercer County he would not say, will have to watch and wait!

It is just a few miles from all three swepi wells. Kind of right in the middle.

This might be totally ludicrous, but we know Halcon and Shell have already worked together with the lease swap. Who's to say that they don't have some kind of deal put together to share this separating plant somehow? Nothing surprises me about this business anymore. Nothing.

JR,

This is the property that I heard about earlier this summer. I figured the deal was dead since Halcon reassigned all the leases in your area to Shell.
