Yes....  It will be interesting to find out if they actually sold any wells along with the undeveloped leases.

seen somewhere on this site that halcon was pulling signs down. this changing of hands to swepi could of been the reason.  I think it was Gallagher site.

jr where can you view the units like pilgrim then?

Just got our letter.  Assigned to Swepi effective September 11, 2013.  I tried to scan and paste it here, but it's barely legible when viewed.

No Bob. The lease ratifications and amendments were Halcon recording all of the miscellaneous corrections to their leases. Dozens of the CX leases had minor errors that needed fixed for typos, missing spouses and spelling errors.

I think Vista has so many vertical wells in the area that Halcon would be pressed to get enough vacant land to drill. Maybe the reason they sold out to Shell. I have a vista well held by production and understand that shell bought the depth underneath the lease rights under vista wells. So this is probably good for me since a pipe line will be put in along the sheakleyville, Greenville road. It will be preety close to me and my neighbor that is a member of the forum.

Victor, the assignments are so recent(late last week)that the images of the documents aren't available online yet, so I will try to find out where and how many in the next day or two to try and get a sense of how big of a deal this really was.  Stay tuned.

A lot of landowners I know  in Perry , sandy creek and salem townships received letters from Halcon that their leases were sold to Shell.

Halcon recorded the Pilgram 2 unit on October 3rd.  Congratulations land owners!  639.34 acres.
