                Comment by JREwing on October 2, 2015 at 1:10am            The 122 page recording between Hilcorp and Pennant etal. is a memorandum of agreement that covers transportation of gas, oil, etc. from most all of Hilcorp's leases. 110+ pages of the thing are just the lists of all of Hilcorp's leases in Mercer County, although the agreement itself covers Hilcorp leases in Columbiana, Trumbull, Mahoning, Mercer, Lawrence and Beaver counties(the "Dedicated Area".) In other words, Pennant will be transporting the gas/oil products from Hilcorps wells in these counties. I believe that's the gist of it.
