John, I have not heard anything but I think Hilcorp surveyed for a well on Cornell road a couple of years ago. It is located just West of the airport road on Cornell.

WTF- I see that Hilcorp has recorded close to 25 new leases in Coolspring Twp since August (several this past week). I'm guessing they're planning another pad east of Zigo's. Most of the new leasea are from Cornell Rd to south on Route 19. Have you heard anything?

Chevron filed with the DEP to make the Bowser pad "inactive". They did the same after drilling the Jefferson McCullough well.

JR- isn't Hilcorp part owner with NiSource of Pennant Midstream? I hope they don't end up like Chesapeake and over charge landowners for gas transportation. I guess this means they plan on sticking around.

The 122 page recording between Hilcorp and Pennant etal. is a memorandum of agreement that covers transportation of gas, oil, etc. from most all of Hilcorp's leases.  110+ pages of the thing are just the lists of all of Hilcorp's leases in Mercer County, although the agreement itself covers Hilcorp leases in Columbiana, Trumbull, Mahoning, Mercer, Lawrence and Beaver counties(the "Dedicated Area".)  In other words, Pennant will be transporting the gas/oil products from Hilcorps wells in these counties.  I believe that's the gist of it.
