From the Rex website, gonna contact all landowners eventually,

would those Swepi  to- Rex landowners have been notified about the selling of their properties?  when Halcon pulled out they sold us to swepi.  Since news about Swepi selling off to Rex--haven't heard anything==and makes me wonder why Swepi went ahead and bought those Halcon leases(3850 per acre/18.5 royalties) some months back if they are just gonna sell them again-(we haven't heard anything about being sold to Rex yet

Bob, nothing so far. Came down Rt. 62 tonight and didn't notice anything. Lots of activity at the James pad. Heard 2 new laterals going in.

Gas Heir- does anyone know for sure that the Palmer and Mills pads were part of the Rex deal? JR - any comment?

I went past the Mills pad today and they were paving the entrance.....does this mean anything? It should be one of the pads that Rex bought from Shell.

Access roads are being constructed on the Larmon property on Rt 318 and the Wengerd well site on Wozniak in Lackawannock Twp.

Halcons Floyd Wilson knew there is oil at the Stevenson site in Mercer county and was ready to drill in a 694 A unit last year..The major land owner in the unit...instead of being happy…the unit majority owner became such a thorn in Halcons posterior that they no longer wanted to deal with strong arm attitude …. When a landowner gets the attitude that they are the only person in the world that has product under their property…..They reach a point as Halcon did ..they will sell some other company    because the oil will be there 50-100-1000 years from now and maybe the person who owns the land at that time will be not as demanding  and will not be a thorn in their posterior…you can't strong-arm the person who has the ability to extract the oil….they will let you hang…
