I'm guessing McDonald site to be north 1/2 mile of sheetz and to west of 18. Seen a bunch of stakes in field the other day. Thanks for the McKnight location chestnut run.

Bob Rock- McKnight well pad site is on Rutledge road east side of route 18. Hilcorp told us they have lots of plans for this year but there has been no activity @ proposed sites they stated would be drilled at start of year 2014/end of 2013. McDonald site not sure of location yet.

What good is the sites if you can't drill where you need to? The Halcon landman told me today that when they drill 2 wells that close together they like to drill one of them north laterall and one of them south laterall. I guess they can drill straight down, doesn't make sense to drill 2 wells less then 2 miles away the same direction?

James

It wouldn't be the first time Hilcorp made a pad and drilled a well without having all the property around them leased up. Seen it before.

Thanks Bob, I have talked to Western Land several times over the past year and they have been dragging their feet, looks like it might have been a bad move in their part. Looks like they may need us more then we need them right now. We have waited over a year with them messing around, not in any hurry now unless they pay us a good lease with good terms. My mom and aunt own almost the entire block north of both the Morton site and the Lyons site.

National Fuel on route 58 in Jefferson Twp. adjoining TGP station 219 on the north side along route 58 they have started a large project. A lot of heavy equipment in there today and they are moving dirt. National fuel has an old line that runs through that property. An employee from TGP told me he thinks that they are going to install two turbines. To my knowledge Seneca Resources has not drilled in Mercer County. Seneca Resources is the exploration and production company for National Fuel. A lot of exciting projects going on in Mercer County and it is getting hard to follow all of them. Thanks to all of you on this site we can try to keep on top of everything.

James

I was  under the impression you were leased by Halcon, my mistake. Hope good things are in your future, I cant  belive Western land has'nt been knocking on your door yet.

Tracy- looks like the Williams Bluegrass ROWs are in Lackawonnack and Wilmington TWPs. Rules out Jefferson McCullough well. Could be the Chevron Hurtt wells or could be part of the Williams Bluegrass pipeline. I heard today that they are working on ROWs in Mercer County for the Bluegrass pipeline.

Bob, even if they join in a venture or swap it doesn't solve drilling north, it's not leased yet by either of them.

excited but worried

The RADKOWSKI pad in Shenango Twp has up to 12 wells on it ,its missing 1,2,7,8 so I imagine being that is close to the river maybe that will be in the  future plans. The Artman in Pulaski has 10 well permits missing well 2..  They might build there own back road to get mulitipul land owners.

James I belive Hilcorp and Chevron joined forces in the Mccullough jeffeson twp well. So maybe Hilcorp- Halcon join in venture or swap land.
