Actually, get off at the Clintonville Exit, go to the town, which is about 1 mile north, turn Right on Clintonville-Emlenton Road, which is Rt. 208, and go about 4 miles. The Grange Hall is on the right just past a blinking light near some sort of industrial plant. If you get to the Emelenton Truck Stop, you have gone about 2 miles too far.
Western Venango County. Take I-80 West to clintonville exit, go north 1 mlie!
Were is clintonville?
Come on by. We would love to meet you in person rather than through emails and this forum.
Thanks, Jim. Things are confusing enough without all the misinformation.
I think that it would be best for all to attend our informational meeting next Tuesday, December 13 at the Scrubgrass Grange Hall in Clintonville at 6:30. For now, let me say that when pressed for specifics on water remediation and unitization, the presenter balked. The most disturbing aspect was when the presenter told the folks that a 15% NET royalty is better than an 18% GROSS royalty. He persisted even when challenged by several landowners. In all fairness, he may be been mistaken, but these types of mistakes can cause great harm to landowners.
Mr Brink; could you expand on the misinformation given? Not necessary to name the company but it would be helpful for all to know what is being spun.
ShaleAdvice is holding an open meeting at the Scrubgrass Grange Hall outside of Clintonville on Tuesday, December 13 at 6:30 p.m. We will introduce landowners to the pitfalls of leasing without representation. We attended an information session offered by a local gas operator and were disturbed with the amount of misinformation being disseminated to unsuspecting landowners. Please join us for an opportunity to really understand what you are giving up when you sign a lease.
Co-eXprise is holding an open meeting on Tuesday night. All are welcome
Tuesday December 6 Penn Ohio Hermitage, PA 6:00pm Hickory VFW on Rt 62 East

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
