I will add a comment. Since I do not live in Mercer County, but own land

there, did anyone from Mercer County sign a new lease and get money from Halcon or Hilcorp?

So what did Shell have to say about their deal with Vista? I hear they paid $2000/acre for Vista's deep rights. Is this for all Vista leases or just select few? Does it include parcels in other counties or just Mercer? Did they have a development plan showing well locations and starting dates?

Whar is wrong with this site? Very few posts on site after Sept. 12. Appears many posts I read on various threads no longer come up. I'm not very computer literate but what is going on? Has site been hacked and damaged?
