Does anyone have a Crown Energy lease signed around March 2009?  I have one and am trying to terminate it now.  I have 5 acres under this agreement but signed with Hilcorp in December 2011 on our other land.

Would that include land near Jackson Center?

There  are two  meetings scheduled for Mercer Co for people that were not included in the area that Hilcorp is interested in. This is a new group being put together. We expect it to move pretty quickly.

As I said, our was 3500 less 5% for a net of 3325 not the current 3250.

This was a brief off from Co-EX that lasted only about a week till they changed it to the 3250.

Comment by Jim Litwinowicz on January 13, 2012 at 10:30am

Yes it is $3250/acre net for the landowner. With the same solid lease terms of the Mt Jackson group. That's $400 more than I signed for in Sept!!!

we just got 3500 less 5% (3325) and 17 gross, but I was told that offer has now been changed to the 3250.

Co-X did it again, they just got a deal for the South west quadrant of Mercer Co for $3250/17% no deductions to the landowner. Send me an email to landownerslease@hotmail.com with Township, acreage, and contact info.

Thanks
